The Mission of the Mentorship Program
In a modernized and flexible format, the Sussex Warren Human Resources Management program fosters professional relationships in the HR field. Inexperienced members have the opportunity to learn HR functions and advance their HR skills. More experienced members have the opportunity to update technical and other skills, to become acquainted with the changing workforce, and to gain the satisfaction of making a difference in the careers of others.
Modern and flexible approach:
- Short-Term Commitments:
Connections will be set up initially for short-term commitments of one to six months. A shorter commitment means a lighter and less intense relationship. Option to continue is always a choice. - Knowledge Sharing 360:

- Lateral mentoring can be useful for peers who are curious about the strategies peers are using to advance in their careers.
- Small group mentoring is also an option where one mentor interacts with more than one mentee at the same time. The mentees can learn from each other’s situations.
